Anti-Bribery Policy
The management of PT Bangun Cipta Contractor has commitment, determination and sincerity to become a company that is clean, has integrity and professionalism by:
- Does not tolerate acts of bribery (zero tolerance) in all company activities, by implementing the principles of No Bribery, No kickback, No Gift and No Luxurious Hospitality.
- Comply with all anti-bribery regulations and laws set by the government.
- Avoid all forms of conflicts of interest in every decision making and implementation of company activities.
- Establish Anti-Bribery Management System Targets and evaluate their achievements periodically.
- Establish, communicate and document anti-bribery policies to employees and other interested parties.
- Fulfill and implement the Anti-Bribery Management System requirements consistently, effectively and efficiently with continuous improvement efforts.
- Encourage and train all relevant functions within the company to care and be involved in good faith in implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System without any concerns.
- Establish an independent Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP) with the authority to supervise, ensure and report on the performance of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
- Guarantee the confidentiality of reporters regarding suspected acts of bribery and take strict sanctions against all forms of violations, non-compliance and deviations from this anti-bribery policy in accordance with applicable regulations.
This anti-bribery policy is a form of company commitment that must always be communicated within the company, business partners and other interested parties to gain equal understanding.
